Pumpjack Apparel is operated by HRH Operating Inc. ("HRH Operating," "Pumpjack Apparel," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using pumpjackapparel.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian) to place an order.
Many of our products are custom, made-to-order items (embroidery, heat press, and printed apparel). Quotes are based on the details you provide, including quantity, garment, and stitch/design complexity, and may change if those details change.
You are responsible for approving artwork and proofs before production. Once you approve a design, spelling, placement, colors, and sizing, production may begin, and approved custom items cannot be changed or canceled. Please review proofs carefully.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe on our website. By submitting payment, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping. Orders are not produced until payment (or any required deposit) is received.
If you submit logos, designs, images, or text, you represent that you own or have the rights and permissions to use and reproduce them, and that they do not infringe any third party's rights. You grant us a limited license to use your materials solely to produce your order.
The Pumpjack Apparel name, logo, website, and original content (excluding customer-supplied materials) are owned by HRH Operating Inc. and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on order size, complexity, garment availability, and our production queue. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs and methods are shown at checkout or quoted for your order. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. For lost or damaged shipments, see our Refunds & Returns policy.
Because most items are custom and made to order, returns are limited. Please review our Refunds & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Service and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Slight variations in color, placement, and finish are inherent to custom embroidery and printing and are not considered defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRH Operating Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HRH Operating Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of materials you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
